Easter is around the corner and what better way to sweeten your table than adding the perfect Easter Dessert! I’m sharing 16 of my favorite Easter dessert recipes from the blog.

To me, Easter is all about lemon, coconut, and carrot cake-based desserts. Like, there’s nothing else I want to make during this season. I want all the Meyer lemons since they’re the perfect lemon (in my opinion), and I go on a Meyer lemon baking spree!

Plus, Easter gives me the excuse to make all of the carrot cake desserts. Some include my secret ingredient that keeps carrot cake moist – pineapples! My family has a love-hate relationship with pineapple in their cake so I’ve included options that have no pineapple.
