We are knee deep in strawberry season and I am so EXCITED!! I love all things strawberries and have gathered here some of my scrumptious strawberry recipes over the years. From strawberry donuts to cookie bars to cakes, all my favorite strawberry recipes in one place. Enjoy!

First up is this Strawberry Rainbow Cake. It’s a pretty birthday cake for any girl! With a homemade strawberry cake and whipped vanilla buttercream in colorful swirls you can customize to your summer celebration. It’s a stunner.

Isn’t this Strawberry Cookie Cake lovely? The simple idea of pressing strawberries and cookies against a cake for a fresh look is fun. The cake recipe is a homemade strawberry cake that is soft and moist and tender with all your strawberry flavor.

For a quick summer treat, these Strawberry Oatmeal Bars  are ridiculously addicting and one of the best things I’ve made in a while. Sandwiched between two brown sugar oatmeal cookie crusts, the warm baked strawberry filling is just the summer touch to take these bars over the edge. It’s warm, crumbly and hearty.

This Strawberry Raspberry Rhubarb Crumble is bursting with sweet strawberries and tart rhubarb on the inside and is topped with a gluten-free coconut oatmeal crumb topping. It’s the perfect summer indulgence.

Baked donuts are one of my favorite things and these Strawberry Lemon Donuts rank high up there. They are soft, moist and bursting with fresh lemon flavor while popping with fresh strawberries in both the tender donuts and the sweet strawberry glaze. They are a MUST!!

Mini Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cupcakes. These maybe be mini but they are packed with lots of flavor! Vanilla cupcakes filled with strawberry and covered in chocolate ganache. You can make them regular cupcake size too.

Finally, last but most definitely not least, this Strawberry Mascarpone Tart is a beautiful 3-layered tart with a buttery crust and a creamy lemon mascarpone filling that is topped with fresh strawberries. I usually drizzle honey on it to serve and it is wonderful. Another must try strawberry recipe this summer.

There is nothing better than a good chocolate cupcake (well, maybe a full-sized chocolate cake) and in addition to being easy to make at home, they are also very versatile. Here’s my ultimate chocolate cupcake recipe plus seven ways to glam it up. You are definitely not limited to a chocolate cupcake and chocolate frosting. It’s the perfect palette for creativity in the kitchen.

My go-to chocolate cupcake recipe is a one-bowl, decadent and rich cupcake. Soft and airy and is easily adaptable with different flavors. The chocolate frosting is equally delicious, silky smooth and fluffy. I love using cocoa powder in my chocolate frosting instead of melted chocolate. It is fluffier if you ask me and also less work. This frosting will be your go-to as well.

What’s better than chocolate? Wine and chocolate of course! These Chocolate Red Wine Cupcakes with Marionberry Frosting are amazing. The cupcake is decadent and filled with a gorgeous marionberry compote. Topped with a fluffy frosting, these will make anyone swoon!

I know I have readers who love chocolate and peanut butter together. It’s a classic combination and these Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes do not disappoint with hints of coffee and peanut butter candy.

My Chocolate Pumpkin Cupcakes will be a hit at any celebration, and they are a fantastic way to use up leftover pumpkin pie filling.

These Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Cupcakes are a fan favorite. Once again, a basic chocolate cake recipe is the perfect platform for an amazing salted caramel buttercream frosting. These were and continue to be very popular here on Blahnik Baker.

There is nothing better than decadent chocolate and cool peppermint combined in the perfect dessert! I couldn’t resist pulling together a round up of some of my favorite peppermint mocha recipes that will impress and satisfy your guests this holiday season. As a bonus, I included a couple of recipes with white chocolate for those of you who prefer that.

Lastly, I just had to include my Pumpkin Coconut Pie – it’s pumpkin pie with a twist – NO DAIRY! The coconut is subtle, so don’t worry, the pumpkin is still the star of the show!
